Joplin, Missouri – Farrell Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have recently undertaken the construction of a new facility for Dr. Cynthia D. Croy, a family practice physician in Joplin. The facility will be located on the corner of 28th and Main, and will replace Dr. Croy’s previous structure, which was lost in the May 22 tornado.
The building will be 10,000 square feet, and house not only Dr. Croy’s offices in 2,500 square feet, but also offer one to three additional retail spaces, available in 2,500 square foot increments. Renters can have the space custom finished as they want/need it done, and Farrell Construction can assure an innovative approach throughout the project.
“This entire project is going to be finished out with some truly innovative materials,” Farrell Construction Vice President, Cory Farrell said. “This project is going to be creative, and we are excited to get started.”
The building, which should be complete by August, is the latest in Farrell Construction’s ongoing rebuilding efforts. Immediately following last year’s devastating storm, Farrell Construction was able to get Frank’s Lounge back in business in just five months, and are excited to help Dr. Croy get back to practicing in her own office again too.
